Introduction
At Knightsplace our teachers are trained to help you become the rider you want to be
Knightsplace farm Livery can deliver any lesson to suit your needs, whether you are a complete novice or a more experienced rider we can help you progress to the next level.
There are different levels of lesson depending upon age and ability, below are a few details:
Child
This is for children up to 18 years of age. These lessons are usually in groups, though private lessons can be arranged.
We introduce the children to riding with nice easy lessons, time is spent walking the pony to get them used to the feel of the moving pony, this often starts with a walkout around the edge of the field then into one of the school to learn how to turn them etc
Lessons progress at a rate suitable for each child, enabling them to develop to the next stage when they are ready .
Children also have the opportunity to learn Western style riding and also groundwork (maybe keen on working with horses but not the riding part)

Adult
The same sort of arrangements as children applies - there are group lessons and private lessons .- lessons of half an hour or an hour - the choice is yours
Wednesday evening has a men only group running. A time to get together and have a bit of fun riding some of the larger horses at the yard - see Carol for more details.

Hacking
We are surrounded by acres of beautiful woodland which is available for hacking through.
We can arrange a length of time that will suit your needs and pocket. Contact us for more information.
